CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy outlines the rules and regulations for the use of ILLUIT Data Analytics and Consulting Agency.

In case you wish to cancel your orders placed at illuit.com, you could do so within 24 hrs of the orders being placed. The cancellation would not be done once the work has already been started.

Refund Policy

At ILLUIT, provide you with analytics & consulting solutions that are designed to grow your business operations. We value your decision to choose us among the array of options available. Should our services fail to meet your expectations, we have developed this refund policy to ensure your satisfaction and address any concerns you may have.

If, at any point during your use of our services, you find yourself dissatisfied, we encourage you to reach out to us. Our team will make every effort to address your issue promptly. We offer a refund on a pro-rata basis, determined by the period from the service start date to end date. The refund will be made post deducting the service tax and the hourly charges for the work completed by us.  Please note that ILLUIT retains final discretion in this regard.

Exception to Refund policy

It’s important to note that any termination initiated by both parties is governed by the termination clause outlined in our agreement. Furthermore, please be aware that our refund policy does not apply if your access to ILLUIT services has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our terms of service.

Termination Policy

At ILLUIT, we understand that circumstances may arise where termination of services becomes necessary. We’ve outlined the termination policy below to ensure clarity and fairness in such situations:

Either party may terminate this Agreement under the following circumstances:

Material Breach: If one party fails to remedy a material breach within 30 days of receiving written notice from the other party, the latter may terminate the Agreement.

Bankruptcy or Insolvency: If one party becomes subject to bankruptcy proceedings or any other insolvency-related proceedings, the other party may terminate the Agreement.

Discretionary Termination: ILLUIT reserves the right to terminate the Agreement at its sole discretion for reasons not explicitly mentioned in the Agreement.

If terminated by You in accordance with the terms, any prepaid fees covering the remainder of the term will be refunded, subject to ILLUIT’s pro-rata calculation. If terminated by Us, any unpaid fees covering the remainder of the term must be paid. Termination requests can be made via email, granting ILLUIT a 30-day notice period from the date of email receipt to process termination.

Termination of the Agreement entails denial of access to all services, deletion of user account information, and deletion of all associated data. ILLUIT reserves the right to terminate suspended or disabled user accounts after a period of 30 days.

Payment & Auto Renewal

ILLUIT offers flexibility in payment methods to accommodate your preferences.

Payment by Credit Card

By opting to pay via credit card, you authorize us to charge your credit card or bank account for all applicable fees during the Subscription Term.

For your convenience, our monthly and yearly subscriptions auto-renew unless you opt to cancel the service. Prior to each renewal, we’ll notify you via email of the amount to be charged to your credit card or invoiced to you. Renewal terms are specific to your chosen plan. Please note that any cancellation requests after auto-charge for subscription renewal will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, you authorize us to utilize a third party for payment processing and consent to the disclosure of your payment information to such third party.

Payment against Invoice

If you choose to pay via invoice, we will invoice you by email. All invoiced amounts are due and payable within 15 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise specified in the Order Form.
